Interviews and selection

1. Record the interview

Online, with the extension via Meet, Teams, or Zoom. In person, from the recording studio or with the recorderYou don't have to take notes: focus on the conversation.

2. Receive the candidate report

From the recording, Voicit automatically generates the interview record and a candidate report ready for assessment. It usually includes:

• Summary of the interview and topics covered.
• Key answers of the candidate (experience, training, motivation, availability and expectations).
• Points to consider and skills assessment according to your template (as a way of scorecard).

You can adapt the selection report template to your skills or role from your templates.

3. Share it and move the process forward
