What it was like before. Each consultant could only see and work on their own meetings. A team leader had no way to review, within the platform, how their team members were conducting interviews: they relied on isolated recordings, screenshots, or simply sitting next to them.

What changes. From the team pageBy entering the detailed view of each member, the manager can access that consultant's already processed interviews and review them thoroughly in three complementary ways:

  • Listen to the audio of the interview. To assess how the conversation was conducted: the questions asked, active listening, the pace and depth with which each topic was explored.
  • Read the generated reports. With all the meeting information —including documents and notes— to review what was evaluated and how it was reflected in the report.
  • Ask the chat. Consult directly the chat from that interview to delve deeper into aspects that do not appear explicitly in the report.

All of this always in reader modeThe manager reviews the meeting but never takes action or modifies it. Additionally, the member's view is preserved upon page refresh, and there is quick access to both the audio and a side preview of the report with its chat.

Dictionary of Competencies with Editing Agent

What it was like before. The dictionary of competencies lived within a dialogue, a narrow space for a task that can be long: defining competencies, levels, behaviors and questions, one by one.

What changes. The dictionary is being moved to a own pageA unique and more convenient editing environment. And most importantly: it incorporates a publishing agent specializing in competitions, in the style of the template agent but focused on this domain.

With the agent you can find, edit or create complete competencies —its definition, its levels, its behaviors, and its questions— without manually building them step by step. For example, you can ask it to suddenly add a battery of BEI questions or of behaviors by level to a competency, instead of typing them one by one. It is the natural evolution of the evolved competencies (BEI questions and behavioral indicators) that we launched last month.

Redesigned report page and chat in side view

What it was like before. All the information in the report competed for the same space, and the actions were spread out, making it difficult to focus on a specific section.

What changes. The report page has been reorganized:

  • The information remains best categorized in the right-hand menu.
  • Each section can collapse to better visualize the rest.
  • The shares are grouped into one stock row in the central piece of the report.

In addition, a Side view of the chat —as on the templates page— which allows you to consult it while reading the report. This side view, in addition to improving current usability, is the basis on which the editing agent will be enabled within the same interface in the future.

Registration in 8 languages with automatic detection

What it was like before. The account creation process was displayed without adapting to the language of each new user.

What changes. The record Detects your language from the browser and shows the account creation translated to 8 languagesSpanish, English, Catalan, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Basque.
