During September we added new features that provide more control, more customization and a clearer view of your team's performance.
Equipment usage statistics
From the team environment you can now access detailed usage statistics of the tool on your computer, designed to offer a clear and complete view of the activity of the last year.
You will have available:
- A graph with the historical data for the last 12 monthsshowing total reports and number of active users per month.
- Individual statistics per user: meetings of the current month, the previous month and the average of the last 6 months.
- The possibility of Export all data in Excel format to analyze them or integrate them into your own reports.
More customization in the format of the sections for personnel selection reports
We have expanded the options so that you can more precisely define the wording of the text in each section of your personnel selection reports.
Now you can:
- Use the new format "Drafting".
- Choose the length of the text: short, normal or long.
- Take advantage of the automatic interpretation of instructions within each section.
This allows the writing to be adapted to the defined format.

Example:
“In each paragraph, first introduce the company name, followed by the year of foundation and a brief definition.”
