Exclusive Selection Interviews: Using the CV as context to improve the report

Now you can Upload the candidate's CV to automatically enrich the interview reportThis new feature allows you to:

• • Automatically detect which sections of the report should use the CV information.

• • Always prioritize the information from the conversation over the CV, using it only as a supplement.

• • Extract information directly from the CV when there are specific sections in the instructions.

• • Add your CV when creating the interview or at any later time.

• • Keep your CV in your account and delete it when you need to.

Exclusive Selection Interviews: Generate the final report from multiple interviews

At Voicit, each candidate is identified by their contact email, which allows link it to several interviews and generate a much more comprehensive final report.

To associate it you can do the following:

• • AutomaticallyWhen uploading the CV, Voicit extracts the email and creates or associates the candidate.

• • Manually: from the interview environment, by clicking on the candidate and entering their email if it does not already exist.

Once associated, you can use the AI chat within the candidate environment to generate the final report combining all the interviews.

The documents added to the candidate's profile now display key metrics that help improve tracking:

• • Number of visits and last access date.

• • Number of downloads and last download date.

This improvement is especially useful for having more precise control over the interest and follow-up by the person receiving the profile.

In addition to the default dictionary based on the most common skills, you can now create your own dictionary with definitions and evaluation criteria adapted to your methodology.

The extraction of skills has also been improved, offering:

• • Level detected in the candidate according to the established criteria.

• • Justification based on experiences mentioned during the interview.

An ideal tool for all consultants on a team to maintain consistent criteria.

Recording desktop applications via the plugin

From the recording environment, when using the browser extension you can now select “Share screen” when starting the recording, which allows Voicit to access the full audio of the computer.
