But the most interesting thing is what happens when I start using it as a thinking tool, not just a productivity tool.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} --><\/p>\n<h3>AI as a co-pilot for decision-making in HR<\/h3>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>When I ask an AI to summarize a conversation with an employee, I don't just save time: <strong>I see how another (artificial) mind would structure the information.<\/strong>When I ask her for ideas for a wellness initiative or an interview question, she sometimes gives me options that I wouldn't have thought of.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>And then I don't just do the job faster: I do it <strong>better<\/strong>with more variety, more precision, more openness.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>I'm not delegating my judgment. You have to think about what you're really looking for. Be specific. Focus.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Without realizing it, this has refined my communication skills, my ability to structure ideas, and my goal definition. In other words: <strong>Using AI has made me think better.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} --><\/p>\n<h3>It reminds me that I don't have to know everything.<\/h3>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>In HR, we're used to being \"the ones who have all the answers.\" But with AI at hand, I feel more comfortable. <strong>not knowing everything<\/strong>I can explore more, ask more questions, try more versions of something without pressure. And that doesn't make me less professional.
